Your tasks

Depending on the missions entrusted to you, you will evolve within Sopra Steria internal teams in Managed Services type provisions or you will be directly integrated into client teams. You will be supported by a dynamic team that will make you actively participate in the project as a whole.
Your role and your missions We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our team dedicated to application production within our internal IT department. If you are passionate about technical challenges and possess solid experience in production engineering or infrastructure, this opportunity is for you!
You will work in a stimulating work environment within a dynamic team, with varied and innovative projects.
As an Infrastructure Project Manager, you will
- Lead technical projects ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality.
- Ensure coordination between technical teams and stakeholders.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues encountered during projects.
- Participate in the evolution and optimization of our infrastructure and applications.
- Supervise and train team members on new technologies and practices.
- Analyze the impact of change
- Identify stakeholders affected by the change
- Evaluate organizational, human, and operational impacts
- Perform change maturity diagnostics
- Develop the change management strategy
- Define and understand transformation objectives
- Build a change management plan (roadmap)
- Determine engagement levers (communication, training, support)
- Follow the internal communication plan
- Create materials to support the orchestration of changes
- Coordinate with other project teams
- Work in connection with the various IT teams
- Participate in steering committees
Requirements
Your profile A graduate with a Master's degree (Bac+5), from an Engineering school or equivalent, you have at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
You have significant experience as a production engineer or infrastructure engineer.
You have strong technical skills in application and systems environments.
You are able to work in a team, communicate effectively, and unite people around objectives.
Mastery of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) is a plus.
Your English level is operational.
You are autonomous, rigorous, and pragmatic.
You also have a good sense of service and client relations.
