Your tasks
You will collaborate internally with multidisciplinary teams (consultants, management, industrial management) to support our large industrial customers.
- As part of our PLM integration projects, we are looking for a Project Manager to organize, pilot, and measure the progress of one or more projects from start to finish, while respecting cost / quality / deadline objectives.
- Planning of activities
- Monitoring project milestones / Client reviews
- Building indicators and dashboards to ensure effective project management: Implementation and monitoring of KPI/SLA…
- Management of client requirements & satisfaction
- Monitoring requests for scope changes
- Ensuring visibility through project governance: facilitating IAM project committees, COPIL, COPROJ…
- Monitoring project resources & management of subcontracting
- Performance measurement/analysis
- Risk and opportunity management
- Contributing to provided estimates & Financial monitoring: revenue recognition, forecasting, invoicing
- Applying quality processes
- Reporting
Requirements
Let's talk about you
- With a Master's degree (Bac+5), do you have at least 8 years of experience in project management and have you already worked in a software integration or Manufacturing context?
- Are you used to interacting with technical teams: Development, integration, architecture?
- Have you worked in multi-project environments?
- Experience in a PLM context: 3DEXPERIENCE, Teamcenter, Windchill ARAS… is appreciated
- Do you demonstrate autonomy, have very good communication skills, and are proactive?
- Are you recognized for your rigor, organizational skills, proactivity, as well as your decision-making ability?
- Do you master English?
