Your tasks

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Defense & Security Business Unit, within the Agence C2SO (Command, Control, and Support to Operations) which develops and markets a range of innovative products (Crimson, supervision and command assistance software, Inscape, 3D simulation application editor) and is responsible for managing very diverse projects in the following areas: System availability, Application operation and maintenance, Systems Security, Engineering and Deployment of security solutions, system supervision, Maintenance in Security Condition (MCS) of redundant systems, and for the benefit of Defense, Public Security, and Prison systems, primarily in France.

Roles and missions

• Successfully carry out all organizational and project management actions at both the technical and human levels;
• Define the breakdown and organization at the system level;
• Participate in the drafting of the Management and Quality Assurance Plan (PMAQ) and pilot its implementation on their system;
• Pilot the definition and implementation of corrective and preventive actions related to the system;
• Ensure coordination between the different internal entities involved in the realization of the system and with co-contractors and/or subcontractors;
• Launch studies, achievements, and productions;
• Ensure adherence to the schedule and compliance with commitments made to the client, the environment, and management;
• Prevent and manage system risks throughout the project;
• Define, plan, and organize system meetings and reviews; ·
• Define objectives, facilitate, motivate, and inform all persons participating in the realization of the system's work.
• Handle commercial aspects, this role is exercised within the scope of the system;
• Manage the relationship with the client;
• Negotiate and finalize the technical clauses of the Technical-Financial Proposals (PTF);
• Establish or have established the quotes and the technical part of the PTFs;
• Initiate negotiations for subcontracting contracts;
• Establish the financial part of the PTFs.
• Ensure the economic monitoring of their system:
• Establish the budget corresponding to their system and control variances compared to the initial budget;
• Prepare system progress reports and keep them up to date;
• Inform the project management of the provision of billing keys throughout the project.
• Be responsible for the application of Quality provisions on the system:
• With the help of the Quality Manager, ensure compliance with the Quality Policy within the framework of the project's progress;
• Pilot the definition and implementation of corrective and preventive actions related to the project.

Requirements

With a Master's degree (Bac +5), you have significant experience in large-scale project management. Ideally, you have worked on software/system-oriented projects and master the English language. Finally, rigor, synthesis skills, and communication skills are among your dominant qualities.
