Your tasks

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the telecommunications sector. You will join a large-scale innovative project with multidisciplinary and multisite teams, allowing you to work in a dynamic and challenging environment. You will be required to manage a team of ten people to ensure the delivery and evolution of three existing applications.

• Plan, organize, and lead large-scale IT projects.
• Ensure coordination between different teams (development, business, support) to guarantee project delivery on time and within budget.
• Analyze client needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders.
• Manage risks and issues related to projects.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables and client satisfaction.

Requirements

Your profile You have at least 6 years of experience (after graduation) in a project management position within a service company, having led fixed-price projects. You hold a degree from an engineering school or a Master's degree (or equivalent) successfully completed. You are comfortable practicing English during email exchanges or meetings.

You are recognized for your interpersonal skills, which will be necessary to ensure your coordination missions between the various project stakeholders. Being rigorous and organized by nature will allow you to efficiently ensure the monitoring and progress of the project within the set deadlines. Finally, do you have an appetite for participating in the career evolution of your collaborators and ensuring HR follow-up for your teams? This would be a significant asset.
