Your tasks

Your future working environment Within the Infrastructure & Cloud Services subsidiary, you will join a team at a major client site in a stimulating environment. You will be supported by a dynamic team that will involve you actively in the project as a whole.

We are looking for an Application Operability Manager profile to manage the end-to-end integration of applications into production by coordinating various stakeholders and playing an advisory role for Infras & Operations to promote the co-construction of applications.

They ensure the proper functioning of applications and monitor their performance end-to-end with the aim of continuous improvement and optimization of service quality.

Your role and missions As an Application Project Manager, you will work for major clients and define solutions for operating applications, by studying production impacts and constraints and anticipating implementation.

• You are responsible for the processing of requests
• In the case of using non-standard infrastructure, you identify the contributors and manage the actions necessary to fulfill the request
• In the case of using catalog services, you validate the service access prerequisites, determine the production input parameters, and ensure the completion of actions
• You contribute to optimizing client billing by estimating project costs
• You finalize the teams' workload plan
• You participate, along with projects, in the application's operation strategy to facilitate the use of Infra and Operations services
• You collaborate with architects to move towards standardized infrastructures and manage, if necessary, the construction of different environments
• You provide expertise on application connection chains and participate in the analysis and processing of client dissatisfaction
• You ensure the operational maintenance of applications
• You are responsible for the performance and vision of the applications' end-to-end batch plan

Requirements

Your profile A graduate of an Engineering school or equivalent, you already have significant experience in a similar role.

You communicate easily in English and are recognized for your listening skills, interpersonal qualities, rigor, and leadership.

You have experience in missions managed in agile or ITIL mode.

You possess the following skills and knowledge

• Knowledge and monitoring of ITIL processes (GDP, GDI, GDR)
• Analysis and Reporting
• Formalizing support, writing a document, synthesizing
• Project management methods (V-cycle, Agile/Scrum, Devops)
• Generalist skills in Infrastructure
