Job Description The Real Estate Department of the Sopra Steria group is responsible for the Group's real estate strategy. Its scope includes, among others, real estate and furniture investments, site management, and new site projects. To strengthen its team, we are looking for a Design and Construction Project Manager for the works and security pole, based at the Montreuil (93) site. Travel within France and potentially in Europe is to be expected.

Your Role and Missions Integrated into the Technical and Works pole, you will intervene on all projects: from the search for buildings until their delivery. You will report to the pole manager and will manage projects ranging from 50 K€ to 1 M€ TCE depending on your degree of autonomy. In this capacity, your main missions are as follows:

• Participate in the development of programs and tertiary layout plans,
• Take charge of site preparation on the technical and administrative levels, update plans, and perform/follow up on site reports,
• Supervise and lead the team assigned to the operation with a permanent focus on respecting commitments in terms of safety, quality, and efficiency,
• Be the company's representative on the construction site and the interlocutor for all stakeholders,
• Ensure administrative, contractual, and financial monitoring and control (budget compliance) of operations.

Qualifications With a degree from Bac+2 to Bac+5, you have at least 3 years of experience in construction management for secondary trades. This experience was acquired in the realization of TCE construction projects and tertiary floor layouts, with knowledge of security installations. Comfortable in varied contexts, you quickly find your feet and contribute effectively to the progress of projects. Your approach allows you to coordinate different stakeholders, identify priorities, and ensure the follow-up of operations until their completion. You master AutoCAD as well as Pack Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), the monitoring of indicators and dashboards, and have an English level allowing you to communicate in writing and orally.
