Your tasks

In a constantly evolving industrial context, our expertise in change management constitutes a strategic lever to strengthen our customers' competitiveness. Through an approach that is both strategic and operational, we support our customers in their transformation projects, whether they involve changes in governance or IT transformation. Our expertise allows us to secure transitions, optimize processes, and guarantee sustainable adoption of new practices by teams. Our goal: to foster performance. By mobilizing stakeholders and structuring key steps, we transform challenges into growth opportunities.

As part of our Change Management activities for our main client, we are looking for a person to strengthen our team who can:

•_Capture customer needs through interviews_ •_Support our specialists in the implementation and proposal of Change strategies_

•_Prepare and facilitate workshops to define solutions_

•_Deploy and update the change plan (e.g. trainings, communication, governance) using action plans_
