Your tasks
Join the Sopra Steria teams, at the heart of the Aeroline vertical, and contribute to the development of critical applications for our clients, major players in aeronautics and defense.
Integrated into a multidisciplinary project team of 5 to 10 people, you will operate in a demanding technical environment where safety, performance, and reliability challenges are essential. Under the responsibility of a project manager, you will participate in the design, evolution, and maintenance of solutions that directly support.
Your role and missions As part of one of the Aeroline agency projects, as a Business Analyst, you will be required to:
- Ensure requirements gathering and specification activities by leading or co-facilitating user workshops and supporting/training the project owners;
- In an agile context, coordinate activities with the client product owner, manage the backlog, and prioritize;
- Participate in the analysis or creation of requirement documents and functional specifications within a project team and collaborate closely with the project manager, the architect, UX/UI consultants, as well as the implementation team;
- Develop or supervise business test cases, carry out or coordinate verification and then validation processes;
- Contribute to skill development by transferring your expertise and ensuring the upskilling of more junior resources.
Requirements
You have proven experience of 3 years in application design and 5 years as a business analyst. You are customer-oriented and have demonstrated your ability to understand and take ownership of business challenges and their implementation in an IT solution.
You master UML and requirements management. You have participated in projects with outcome-based commitments. You have mastered written and oral communication.
A good level of English is essential. Knowledge of agility is a plus.
You have a Master's degree (Bac+5), engineering degree, or equivalent training.
