The world is how we shape it Job Description Within a Human Resources management project framework, the Business Analyst works on a Pega platform with high stakes in robustness, security, and compliance. The project, based in Tours, is part of a structured environment with a high level of technical standards. The Business Analyst is the primary link between the Product Owners and the Pega development teams. They work in close collaboration with the project's Technical Leader to ensure the correct translation of business needs into Pega solutions that comply with project standards.

Your role and missions: Within a project framework for a client in the Defense & Security sector, your main missions will be the following:

• Be the preferred point of contact between the Product Owners and Pega developers
• Collect, analyze, and formalize business needs
• Write User Stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases in support of the Product Owner
• Guarantee the functional consistency of the implemented solutions
• Collaborate closely with the Pega Lead Tech to ensure functional and technical alignment
• Participate in functional design workshops
• Support development teams in understanding business needs
• Be in charge of the test assets and contribute to the acceptance testing phases
• Participate in project rituals (workshops, reviews, demonstrations)
• Contribute to the quality, traceability, and compliance of functional deliverables

Functional and technical skills

• Analysis and formalization of business needs
• Writing of User Stories and acceptance criteria
• Ability to bridge the gap between business challenges and application implementation
• Sensitivity to critical and regulated environments
• Pega knowledge aligned with Pega Business Analyst training
• Understanding of Pega Case Management
• Ability to communicate effectively with Pega technical teams
• Understanding of key concepts (processes, data, business rules)
• Writing of test scenarios
• Contribution to acceptance testing phases
• Understanding of Constellation user experience principles
• Ability to analyze and validate user journeys

Qualifications

• You possess excellent communication skills between business and technical teams.
• You demonstrate rigor, organizational skills, and autonomy.
• Equipped with an analytical and synthesis mindset, you have the ability to work in demanding and constrained environments.
• You have a professional level of English.
• Pega Business Architect (CBA) Certification - not required but appreciated.
• Graduate of an Engineering school or equivalent, you have experience as a Business Analyst, ideally on structured application projects.
• First experience or interest in Defense & Security projects.
• Good ability to work at the interface of PO / technical teams.
