The world is how we shape itJob Description Based in Lyon, Toulouse, or Paris, the Solutions & Expertises Business Line is looking for GMAO Solution Architects to strengthen its EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) expertise hub and support our clients facing today's and tomorrow's challenges (Information System transformation & Innovation - Maintenance 5.0), in the integration, deployment & support of their software packages in close relationship with our publishing partners (IBM, HEXAGON, CARL Software, ...). Your role and missions: Design and lead innovative EAM architectures while ensuring alignment with IT strategy and business needs. Guarantee the integration of EAM solutions with other company systems (ERP, CRM, IoT, etc.) by ensuring robustness, security, scalability, and performance of the solutions. Support project teams in the deployment and evolution of solutions. Contribute to digital transformation and innovation in the EAM field. Participate in the preparation of responses to calls for tendersEnvironments and toolsSolutions: IBM Maximo Application Suite, Infor EAM, Carl Source.Associated technologies: IoT, predictive IA, Cloud (Azure, AWS), ERP (SAP, Oracle).Methodologies: Agile/Scrum, ITIL for service management.QualificationsDesired Profile: Graduate of an Engineering school, Master's degree or equivalent, in computer science or industrial maintenance.You must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in software package integration projects in the maintenance field (EAM/GMAO) and significant experience in the maintenance profession (scoping, multi-site deployment, change management).Skills:Definition of maintenance strategies (understanding challenges, process mapping, identification of improvements)EAM/GMAO process modeling (asset management, interventions, stocks/purchasing, HSE)Writing specifications & conducting business workshopsTools: mastery of at least one solution (IBM Maximo, Infor EAM, Carl Source) and its modulesSoft skills: Leadership, customer service orientation, ability to arbitrate, synthetic, fluent English.Additional Information A teleworking agreement to work remotely up to 2 days per week depending on your missions.
