Your tasks
You will collaborate internally with multidisciplinary teams (consultants, management, industrial management) to support our large industrial customers.
- Define industrial requirements and lead their validation (V&V plan, compliance, verification)
- Integrate manufacturing constraints from the product design stage
- Influence technological choices and R&D roadmaps
- Design the industrial system architecture (flows, logistics, inter-site exchanges)
- Perform trade-off studies and propose harmonized solutions
- Evaluate industrial performance (load, rate, costs, lead times)
- Identify and implement improvements via Lean principles
- Develop digital methods and tools to structure the industrial system
- Contribute to the Make or Buy strategy and supplier selection
- Ensure a cross-functional coordination role with project teams and support functions
Requirements
Let's talk about you Do you have a background in generalist engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, electrical engineering & Automatisme, or an equivalent qualification?
Do you have at least 5 years of successful experience in the design and development of industrial systems in a "Codesign" mode?
Professional English is required to hold this position.
You possess the following skills
- Project Management: Global steering: planning, risks, action plans, reporting. Stakeholder coordination and effective communication. Performance monitoring. Mastered client relations.
- Team Management: Experience in resource management or coordination. Assertive leadership, sense of commitment, and strong communication. Focus on human development and strategic alignment.
- Business Development: Ability to evolve, adapt, or create offers. Identifying operational opportunities. Close collaboration with sales teams.
