Your tasks

We are recruiting an AI Architect to join our INDUSTRY Business Unit within the Data & Process Intelligence Business Line. It supports our clients in their issues associated with digital transformation. Our offerings are based around data intelligence & predictive maintenance.

_Your mission:_ Integrated into a team from one of our clients, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and industrializing a native AI architecture, integrated into software development processes in order to transform practices towards an AI-first model, while guaranteeing performance, quality, security, and scalability.

The mission aims to

• Accelerate software production through AI
• Automate low-value tasks (tests, documentation, QA…)
• Deploy AI agents in Dev / DevOps workflows
• Structure the governance and security of AI uses

You will have the responsibility to

• Propose a target AI architecture
• Integrate LLM, RAG, AI agents, and AI pipelines
• Integrate AI into CI/CD, QA, and monitoring pipelines
• Put into production several AI-generated applications
• Train and support internal teams
• Document practices and ensure skills transfer
• Coordinate technical teams (Dev, DevOps, Architects)
• Collaborate with international teams (English required)

You will intervene in the definition and industrialization of AI architectures (LLM, RAG, AI agents) integrated into software development processes, in close link with DevOps practices (CI/CD, test automation, QA, documentation) and the issues of scalability, governance, and security. You master the implementation of AI pipelines (MLOps/LLMOps), monitoring, and model lifecycle management.

In a context of IT transformation, you contribute to the integration of AI into business and technical workflows, support the upskilling of teams, and participate in the structuring of best practices (standards, CoE, documentation).

Requirements

With an engineering degree or university equivalent (Master's degree), you have significant experience in software architecture and AI engineering (minimum 2 years), with a strong appetite for GenAI environments and enterprise-scale AI architectures.

Your skills in Python and SQL are indispensable, as well as experience in Copilot Studio, Github Copilot, Claude Studio, or others.

Possessing natural leadership, do you know how to federate teams, dialogue with technical and business stakeholders, and carry an industrialization vision oriented towards performance and value creation? Then, you are the gem we are looking for!
