You will join the Digital Platform Services division, specialized in Infrastructure and Cloud business lines.

Your tasks

Your role and missions As CTO / Cloud & Hybrid IT Platform Architect, you are the technological reference for our clients and our teams. You define the evolution trajectories of information systems and support large-scale Cloud, Data, and Infrastructure transformations.

In this capacity, you

• Define and carry the technological vision of Cloud and Hybrid IT platforms in coherence with the business, operational, and transformation challenges of our clients.

• Design reference architectures and governance models to ensure the consistency of technical choices throughout the entire solution lifecycle.

• Support IT departments in defining their Cloud, Hybrid Cloud, FinOps, DevSecOps, and industrialization strategies.

• Drive transformation roadmaps and define target architectures, taking into account security, resilience, performance, sovereignty, and cost control challenges.

• Act as a reference expert for clients during the scoping, audit, modernization, or transformation phases of critical infrastructures and platforms.

• Challenge technical and architectural choices, identify innovation opportunities, and formulate strategic recommendations for decision-makers.

• Support architecture, engineering, and operations teams in adopting Cloud, Hybrid IT, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code best practices.

• Contribute to the development of the Cloud & Infrastructure offering by participating in technological monitoring, innovation work, and the definition of new offerings.

• Participate in strategic pre-sales, responses to calls for tender, presentations, and high-level exchanges with clients.

• Lead and unite technical communities around Cloud, Infrastructure, Architecture, and Digital Transformation topics.

The environments and technologies you may work on cover a wide scope: main Cloud providers (such as AWS, Azure, GCP or equivalents), virtualization and on-premise infrastructures, container and orchestration platforms, monitoring/observability solutions, and security of Cloud and hybrid environments.

Requirements

You have at least 10 years of experience in IT, including a significant portion in infrastructure architecture, Cloud, and/or hybrid platforms.

You know how to define a technological vision, translate it into a roadmap, and share it with technical and business stakeholders.

You are recognized for your leadership, your ability to make decisions, and your aptitude for supporting change.

You master the design of Cloud and Hybrid IT solutions: you are comfortable analyzing an existing setup, proposing a target, defining a transformation plan, and explaining its benefits to both technical and business stakeholders.

You possess a solid technical culture across a wide scope: Cloud environments (public and/or private), on-premise infrastructures, networks, security, automation, and monitoring tools.

You are recognized for your ability to simplify complex subjects, work in multidisciplinary teams, and engage stakeholders around your architectural recommendations.

You are curious, rigorous, and enjoy maintaining a global vision while being able to go into detail when necessary.

You want to learn, share your knowledge, contribute to internal communities, and have a concrete impact on our clients' transformation trajectories.

A good command of English is required.
