You will join Sopra Steria within the Digital Platform Services entity, with a dynamic team in a stimulating environment.

Your tasks

Depending on the missions entrusted to you, you may evolve within internal Sopra Steria teams in Managed Services type engagements or be directly integrated into client teams. You will be supported by a dynamic team that will make you actively participate in the project as a whole.

Your role and missions Within a Citrix Build & Run team in charge of infrastructure construction, you are the technical referent on VDI/ Citrix aspects.

You are in charge of the installation, configuration, update, and evolution of Citrix farms (Citrix Virtual Desktop and Apps) and Netscaler ADC within the client's IT infrastructures. Furthermore, you ensure the operational and security maintenance of these Citrix infrastructures. You operate in a VMWare, Nutanix, Windows, and Linux system environment. You are a proactive player in security and patching.

As a Citrix Administrator, you

• Install and configure Citrix infrastructures according to standards:
• Citrix Virtual Desktop and Apps (on premise)
• Netscaler ADC.
• Perform updates of these infrastructures.
• Manage user and administrator access rights.
• Backup/restore farm configuration.
• Implement and adapt Access gateway, Load balancing, Content switching, Authentication modes, WAF.
• Administer Studio console, director, and Netscaler Console.
• Configure and duplicate VDA/ VDI with MCS and PVS.
• Administer Windows server 2022/ 2025, Windows 11, VDA Linux systems.
• Administer with Active Directory console (users and computers) and GPO (Group policy management).
• Administer common VMware actions (snapshot, VM migration, ...).
• Administer F5 Big IP Load balancer.
• Write and update technical and architecture documentation (Installation, administration, operation, etc.).
• Participate in on-call rotations (nights or holidays).
• Apply security procedures.
• Monitor and advise on security procedures for the Citrix part.
• Apply minor and major security updates.

Requirements

Your knowledge

• Citrix: CVDA and ADC
• User incident management
• Installation, configuration, administration of farms
• Citrix and Netscaler ADC
• VDA/ VDI management with MCS
• N3 Administration
• OS: Windows administration
• AD and GPO: User, group, and PC management, GPO management

A graduate with a Master's degree (Bac+5) from an Engineering school or equivalent, you have at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.

Your English level is operational.

You are autonomous, rigorous, and pragmatic.

You also have a good sense of service and client relations.
