Technology Services Pre-sales Consultant - Sales

Requirements:

1. High School Diploma
2. Intermediate Technician in Commerce or related career or student of the career in systems, foreign trade, administration with emphasis on marketing and sales or public relations.
3. 2 years of experience in consultative sales
4. Customer Service courses
5. Knowledge in consultative sales
6. Possess license B1- A2
7. Ease of speech and negotiation skills.

Functions:

1. Sales of technology services.
2. Prospect and develop new corporate clients.
3. Manage pre-sales and post-sales service through timely follow-up and resolution of incidents to guarantee customer satisfaction.
4. Manage and prepare all necessary documentation to present client quotations.
5. Follow up on processes which may include visiting clients and generating the corresponding reports.
6. Keep the CRM updated.
7. Participate in the creation of the strategic commercial plan.
