Operations Manager

Responsibilities: Handle daily operation of the properties Look after day to day bookings, organizing cleaners and maintenance Inspecting apartments Lead the team to improve and maintain service levels Supervise security and cleaning services Handle inquiries and complaints Source for and set up of new apartments Return and reinstate apartments upon lease expiry Requirements: Minimum 1 year of working experience in property management Diploma Willing to work long hours Able to speak local dialects
