Program Manager (M/F)

To strengthen our Program Management team in Brive, we are looking for a Program Manager (M/F). Program Management with us consists of the coordinated management of interdependent projects aimed at achieving the company's strategic objectives. Relying on our internal process, you will lead the various stages of the program. Your scope will cover profitability analysis, product development, industrialization, up to the market launch of new innovative products.

Your main missions: Reporting hierarchically to the Program Director and supported by specialists and department directors, you will evolve within a multinational organization. Your responsibilities will be as follows:

Successfully manage complex programs, from their launch to their completion. *

Develop and implement program strategies in accordance with the objectives of the company and the Night Vision business unit. *

Collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to define the scope, objectives, and expected results. *

Ensure precise planning and resource allocation to meet the assigned deadlines and budgets. *

Identify, assess, and manage risks or issues likely to emerge. *

Perform regular reporting on progress, budgets, and potential obstacles to the Business Unit management and the ExCo. *

Foster communication and collaboration between teams to ensure a unified approach.

Profile sought: We are looking for a person with a strong entrepreneurial and team spirit, having an analytical profile, results-oriented and ready to take on challenges.

You graduated from an École d'ingénieur or hold a PhD in Science. *

You have proven experience of at least 5 years as a project manager in a similar sector. *

You have proven experience in program management with a strong focus on quality, costs, and deadlines. *

You possess excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills. *

You have strong analysis and problem-solving skills. *

You know how to inspire and motivate a team to achieve common goals. *

You must be proficient in English (written and spoken); knowledge of French or Dutch is an asset. *

You are willing to travel and evolve in an international environment.
