The position:

You will join a strategic project for the migration and provision of resources in a sovereign Cloud compliant with the SECNUMCLOUD standard. This Sovereign Cloud Project Manager position offers the opportunity to intervene at the heart of the secure digitalization of the business processes of a large international group.

Main missions:

  • Lead the "Sovereign Cloud" RFP: drafting documentation, benchmarks, organization, and coordination with stakeholders.
  • Define, plan, and monitor the project schedule, ensuring reporting to the DSI governance.
  • Coordinate all internal and external stakeholders involved in the project.
  • Support the compliance analysis (SECNUMCLOUD - ANSSI), and prepare the supplier evaluation grid.
  • Ensure the management of risks related to compliance and data security.

Technical environment:

  • Vmware virtualization, ServiceNow CMDB, servers, operating systems (Windows, Redhat), storage (NAS/SAN), backup (Veeam, Netbackup, Veritas Appliance, Data Domain).
  • AWS Cloud platform, sovereign Cloud solutions, SecNumCloud requirements, Export Control, management of regulated military data.

Deliverables and responsibilities:

  • RFP documents, evaluation grids, regular reporting to management, compliance documentation, and risk analysis.
  • Monitoring project milestones and proactive risk management.

Interactions:

  • Close collaboration with the DSI, technical teams, legal teams, and Cloud providers.
  • Facilitating steering meetings and project team coordination.

Profile sought:

We are looking for a senior Project Manager with solid experience in managing sovereign Cloud projects and mastery of cybersecurity compliance frameworks.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing complex IT projects, ideally in the industrial or technological sector.
  • Proven experience in leading sovereign Cloud RFPs and conducting projects in a regulatory environment (SECNUMCLOUD, ANSSI, RGPD).

Education:

  • Bac+4/5 in computer science, information systems, or cybersecurity.

Technical skills:

  • Mastery of Cloud environments (AWS Cloud Platform, sovereign Cloud solutions), Vmware virtualization, ServiceNow, operating systems (Windows, Redhat), backup (Veeam, Netbackup, Veritas Appliance, Data Domain), NAS/SAN storage.
  • Good knowledge of SECNUMCLOUD frameworks, Export Control requirements, and regulated data management.

Behavioral skills:

  • Leadership, ability to unite and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
  • Rigor, organizational skills, and priority management.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, fluent English.

Certifications & plus:

  • Project management certification (PMP, Prince2) is appreciated.
