Responsibilities Pick and prepare goods physically according to customer orders for timely delivery or collection Process sales orders received via phone or WhatsApp by entering data into the computer system and printing invoices and delivery orders Respond promptly and professionally to phone and walk-in customer enquiries to provide assistance and information Assist production team with ad-hoc tasks to support manufacturing operations Requirements: Ability to lift weights of 20+ kg to safely perform physical handling tasks Basic proficiency in computer data entry Able to speak and write in Chinese, to handle chinese-speaking only customers Demonstrate teamwork, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility Able to work night shift if needed Other Information Benefits Bonus and increment Annual leave AWS (13th month) Medical benefits Uniform provided Birthday vouchers Location Jurong
