Responsibilities Pick and prepare goods physically according to customer orders for timely delivery or collection Process sales orders received via phone or WhatsApp by entering data into the computer system and printing invoices and delivery orders Respond promptly and professionally to phone and walk-in customer enquiries to provide assistance and information Assist production team with ad-hoc tasks to support manufacturing operations Required competencies and certifications Physically strong and able to lift weights of 20+ kg of products Preferred competencies and qualifications Basic proficiency in computer applications to enter orders and print documents Demonstrate teamwork, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility in daily work Other Information Benefits Bonus and increment Annual leave AWS (13th month) Medical benefits Uniform provided Birthday vouchers Location Jurong
