Ensuring that all SONY MUSIC phonogram releases are credited within collective management organizations to guarantee the collection of these uses in public establishments and supporting the operation of the finance area in certain specific activities.

What you will do:

From the Global People Promise model, GPP, the SMG Values and Behaviors in everything they do, helping to drive a sustainable high-performance culture within our business

Credit phonograms in all available formats, both digital and analog, ensuring their correct identification and registration in the corresponding platforms and systems, in order to ensure their proper management and compliance with industry standards.

Coordinate and execute the removal of phonograms from all available platforms and formats when the corresponding rights have expired or are no longer valid, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and the company's internal policies.

Manage and resolve conflicts related to the accreditation of phonograms when two or more producers have registered the same phonogram, ensuring an objective review, correct allocation of rights, and compliance with the guidelines established by the company and the collective management entities.

Manage the preparation and follow-up of manual invoices in coordination with Shared Services, related to synchronization agreements, new business, and broadcasting, ensuring the correct issuance of documents and compliance with established financial processes to allow for their proper accounting.

Create and administer phonogram families in corporate systems, guaranteeing the availability and reliability of the information necessary for expense monitoring, report generation, and financial analysis by the different areas involved.

Perform the validation and follow-up of Marketing balance accounts generated by the Accounting team, ensuring the reasonableness of the records, timely identification of inconsistencies, and adequate support for financial figures.

Consolidate, analyze, and validate the information required for the construction of the Market Share indicator, guaranteeing data reliability and the timely preparation of reports for presentation, review, and analysis together with the Finance Sr. Manager.

Manage the preparation and presentation of financial and management reports related to Marketing, Talent, and Overheads, including closing reports, Forecast and Budget loading for the Andes region, ensuring the accuracy of the information, compliance with established schedules, and support for business decision-making.

Who you are:

Professional in Business Administration and/or Finance.

Solid knowledge in Excel and SAP management.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in positions of similar responsibility, preferably in multinational companies.

English B1.
