【Job Description】 You will support multiple cutting-edge custom LSI development projects used in our products, such as PlayStation, across various domains, and promote the creation of foundations and mechanisms for efficiency.
【Specifically】 ・Establishment of business processes and development environments ・PM/PL support (creation of reporting materials, etc.) ・Business tracking, risk management, and deliverables management ・Event management, meeting facilitation, budget management, contract management, etc.
We conduct highly competitive LSI development using state-of-the-art architectures and semiconductor processes in collaboration with many world-class LSI Design Houses. We focus on extracting maximum performance at the optimal cost.

【Organization/Workplace Introduction】 ◾️We develop the custom LSI that forms the core of SIE products, including PlayStation 5 and PlayStation VR2. ◾️The team consists of experts in diverse fields such as LSI architecture, LSI design verification, HW design, and SW development, and we proceed with development through many discussions and considerations every day. ◾️Furthermore, you can expand your scope of work at your own discretion.
【After Joining】 A tutor will be assigned to you. We have a system in place to ensure you can settle into the team with peace of mind by having you check with your tutor if you encounter any difficulties in your work.

【Required Practical Experience/Skills】 ■ MUST ・Experience in PM/PL/TPM/PMO across multiple projects ・A systematic understanding of project management, or having the aptitude and a desire to learn ・Business English listening and speaking skills
■ WANT ・Experience leading projects of a scale of 50 people or more ・Knowledge or experience regarding semiconductor development or product development using LSI ・Experience in managing/using IT tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc. ■ Ideal Candidate Profile ・Those interested in developing as a united team with passion ・Those who can plan the path to achieving goals themselves and propose/execute them ・Those with the ability to actively lead members as a leader in the future ・Those who can approach issues with logical thinking and lead them to resolution
