Legal Advisory

• Provide day-to-day legal advice to PICs
• Review, draft and negotiate contracts and legal documents

• Support legal assessment for new business initiatives and commercial projects

Corporate & Licensing

• Prepare and submit license registration/amendment dossiers for routine matters.
• Handle routine licensing procedures directly with competent authorities.
