Production Support Technician (NPI)

• Collect and record on-site operational data in the production area (production process parameters, machine operating data, yield/defect data) accurately and in a timely manner to support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.

• Assist Process Engineers during NPI trial production, including sample management, data recording, and coordination between the production line and the engineering team.

• Record and organize collected data into internal data tracking systems to support analysis by the engineering team.

• Report any abnormalities found in the production area to the responsible Process Engineer or Equipment Engineer for further action.

• Prepare and maintain accurate work records and log documents to support traceability during the process stabilization phase.

• Coordinate with the local production team to ensure a smooth handover of new process/product information.

• Comply with Cleanroom standards and safety standards throughout all data collection operations.

Qualifications: High Vocational Certificate (Diploma) in Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical Power, or related fields. New graduates are welcome; experience in production/industrial factory environments will be given special consideration. Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel for data recording and basic formulas, and readiness to learn internal company data systems. Able to work in shifts (4 days on, 2 days off) and work overtime (OT), including working on some holidays. Basic English reading skills, sufficient to understand forms and technical documents. Convenient to work at Bangkadi Industrial Park, Pathum Thani Province (Employee shuttle bus provided / Motorcycles are not allowed for commuting to work). Able to work in a Cleanroom area (must wear standard cleanroom suits every time before entering the area).
