Procurability Technician Catalog Configuration Manager (M/F)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Integrated within our customer support team in the aeronautical industry, your role consists of:

• Identifying existing installations in existing IPC documentation and verifying their correspondence for new customers
• Analyzing the configurations of installations (new or existing) mounted for new customers as part of after-sales service, related to the replenishment of spare parts
• Searching for and identifying part references that have aftermarket sales potential for all newly identified bundles
• Integrating references into the documentation
• Creating mockups of illustrations associated with new references
• Searching for additional information in BE drawings, maintenance documentation, or from experts if needed (missing reference, contradictory information, need for precision...)
• Managing the services involved in responding to the customer's needs
• Drafting the response to the customer's question. TE (Webtek)
• Ensuring compliance with deadlines
• Ensuring customer satisfaction

REQUIRED PROFILE:

A confirmed professional in aeronautical maintenance and/or mechanics, you can demonstrate, if possible, previous experience in procurability management, ideally on helicopters.

You are comfortable in English, both written and spoken. Mastery of Excel or Sheet is imperative. Finally, knowledge of SAP /SCDM tools and maintenance documentation (AMM, SB) would be a plus.
