Procurement Officer M/F

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Every talent has a role to play, what will yours be? We are looking for a Procurement Officer M/F to support us in the projects we carry out with our major industrial clients in the region. You will notably be in charge of:

• Managing procurement orders from end to end in a demanding technical environment
• Guaranteeing the availability of parts and equipment while respecting deadlines, specifications, and initial commitments
• Managing all supplier orders, tracking deliveries, and driving all follow-up and/or escalation actions
• Optimizing stock levels and streamlining actions
• Collaborating closely with the Supply Chain, Projects, and Logistics departments of the client(s)
• Monitoring and challenging supplier performance (service rate, compliance, etc.)

You will also ensure:

• The monitoring and improvement of performance indicators (KPI) related to the service
• The optimization of processes in close connection with the Group's Support functions
• The management of continuous improvement actions aimed at reducing costs, lead times, and risks related to procurement, notably by conducting audits at suppliers and monitoring the implementation of the resulting action plans.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

A little about you: You have higher education in procurement management, logistics, or supply chain, supported by a proven experience of at least 3 years in a similar position in an industrial environment. You use ERPs on a daily basis. You are comfortable in English, both written and spoken, within the context of professional exchanges. What defines you: Rigor, sense of anticipation, reactivity, reporting efficiency You have already conducted logistics audits and followed up on action plans
