Recruitment Supervisor - Maquiladora Industry

Requirements:

• Completed degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the recruitment area in a maquiladora
• 90% English
• Knowledge of recruitment tools
• Experience working with quality systems

Activities

• Administer, supervise, and coordinate everything corresponding to the process of Recruitment, preselection, and hiring of direct and indirect personnel, as well as compliance with the corresponding quality objectives. Monitor the training calendar and employee training plan.
• Coordinate and supervise the recruitment and preselection of direct personnel
• Recruitment and preselection of indirect personnel
• Coordinate and supervise the hiring process of direct personnel, including the preparation and safeguarding of the file in modulo.

• Bachelor's degree years of experience
