Reporting to the Export Logistics Director, your main daily missions will be:

• Supervise, lead, and motivate the export team
• Organize and develop the export department's activity: development of client and supplier portfolios, identification of client needs, quotes, invoicing, unpaid follow-ups, disputes, database updates, marketing actions,
• Be a source of proposals in the development of the department: competitive intelligence, development of monitoring indicators, market analysis, ...
• Occasionally travel to target countries to support local stakeholders and clients

This position is for you if you are: Technically trained (Bac to Bac + 2), you have good knowledge of spare parts (ideally TP/PL/agricultural/auto) with a first experience in team leadership. Challenge, negotiation, and communication drive you. Motivation, team spirit, sense of customer service and results, organization, autonomy, availability, rigor, and dynamism will allow you to succeed in this mission. Proficiency in English
