Requirements & Qualifications: • Previous Dubai experience on Roads & Infrastructure projects is essential. • Strong practical knowledge of roadworks and associated infrastructure activities. • Strong knowledge of RTA, Dubai Municipality and DEWA standards and requirements. • Proven experience supervising and coordinating labour teams and subcontractors. • Strong understanding of day-to-day site activities, sequencing and coordination. • Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory. • Candidates must currently be based in Dubai. • Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.

Due to continued project requirements, they are looking to appoint an experienced Infrastructure Foreman to join their Roads & Infrastructure team in Dubai. Position Overview: This is a site-based position responsible for the day-to-day supervision and coordination of Roads & Infrastructure works across projects in Dubai. The Infrastructure Foreman will oversee labour, subcontractors and site activities, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with project specifications and Dubai authority requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Site Supervision: Oversee day-to-day Roads & Infrastructure works, ensuring activities are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and approved methodologies. • Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate labour teams and subcontractors, allocating daily activities and monitoring productivity and progress. • Roads & Infrastructure Works: Coordinate roadworks and associated infrastructure activities, ensuring effective sequencing and execution of works on site. • Quality & Safety: Ensure works comply with project quality requirements, HSE procedures and relevant authority standards. • Site Coordination: Work closely with Site Engineers, Project Managers, subcontractors and other project teams to resolve site issues and maintain progress.
