Company: Leading Infrastructure Contractor

Our client is a leading infrastructure contractor with a proven track record of delivering major civil engineering projects across the region. Due to the commencement of a major Roads & Bridges project in Dubai, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their project delivery team.

Your tasks

This is a senior project delivery position with responsibility for managing a major Roads & Bridges project in Dubai. Working across both the site and project office, the Project Manager will lead the construction team and take responsibility for programme, quality, safety, cost control and successful project delivery. The position is suitable for an established Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with strong contractor-side experience delivering major Roads, Highways and associated Civil Infrastructure projects.

• Project Delivery: Take responsibility for the successful delivery of the project, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.
• Construction Management: Oversee all site activities, construction sequencing, resources and subcontractors to maintain progress against the project programme.
• Team Management: Lead and coordinate engineering, construction and site management teams, ensuring clear responsibilities and effective communication across the project.
• Programme & Commercial Coordination: Work closely with the planning and commercial teams to monitor progress, costs, variations, risks and potential delays.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with the client, RTA, consultants, subcontractors and other key stakeholders throughout project delivery.

Requirements

• BSc in Civil Engineering.
• Proven Project Manager or Senior Project Manager experience delivering major Roads, Highways and associated Civil Infrastructure projects.
• Previous contractor-side experience is essential, with UAE experience preferred; candidates with strong GCC or UK contractor experience will also be considered.
• Previous experience working with the RTA is essential.
• Strong understanding of project delivery, construction methodology, programme management and site operations on major highway projects.
• Candidates currently based within a convenient commute of the Dubai project are preferred.
• Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.

Preferred Salary: AED 40,000 – 55,000 monthly package (dependent on experience) + Medical Insurance + Annual Flight
