Looking for work as a Service Coordinator? We have a vacancy for you as a Service Coordinator in Maastricht.

Introduction

In this role, you are the link between customers, international partners, and the technical organization. You ensure that service requests are correctly registered, assessed, and followed up on, so that technical issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

This is not an IT helpdesk position. You will work in a technical environment where knowledge of industrial equipment and service processes is central.

Function

What will you do as a Service Coordinator?

• Act as the first point of contact for international customers and partners regarding technical questions and service requests.
• Register, assess, prioritize, and follow up on service reports in ERP, CRM, and ticketing systems.
• Analyze technical issues and assign them to the correct Service Engineer or technical department.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and R&D to resolve malfunctions efficiently.
• Monitor the progress of outstanding service requests.
• Provide remote support to customers with simple technical issues.
• Provide clear and professional communication with all involved parties.
• Actively contribute ideas for improvements to service processes, documentation, and working methods.

Job Requirements

What do you bring as a Service Coordinator?

• You have experience in a technical service desk, service coordination, or field service support.
• You have a technical background or affinity with industrial machines, mechatronics, or mechanical engineering.
• You have experience with ERP, CRM, or ticketing systems.
• You are analytical, strong in communication, work in a structured and accurate manner, and know how to coordinate multiple service requests simultaneously.
