Investment Trainee (Sales & Advisory)

What is this role? We are looking for an enthusiastic Investment Trainee to join our team. In this role, you will learn how the investment business operates by assisting with market research, supporting sales activities, and building relationships with prospective and existing clients. What you will do: Sales & Client Outreach: Assist the sales team in identifying potential clients, preparing pitch decks, and participating in sales meetings and presentations.

Market & Product Research: Stay up to date on market trends and investment products so you can clearly explain key features and benefits to prospective clients.

Client Relationship Support: Help prepare client updates, answer basic inquiries, and ensure smooth onboarding for new investment clients.

Performance & Reports: Track investment performance metrics and create easy-to-understand summary reports to support sales proposals.

What we are looking for: Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).

Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for sales, client networking, and communication.

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for building presentations and managing client data.

Basic understanding of financial concepts and a strong desire to learn about investment solutions.

A proactive, target-driven attitude with strong team collaboration skills.
