S?ma Pilates is looking for passionate, experienced *Reformer Pilates Instructors* to join our team across our Ottawa studios.

With locations in *Kanata, Manotick and Orléans*, S?ma is a community-focused Pilates studio offering dynamic, thoughtfully programmed reformer classes in an elevated and welcoming environment.

We?re looking for instructors who are confident leading a room, passionate about movement, and excited to become an active part of our growing team and community.

What We?re Looking For

The ideal candidate:

• Has completed a recognized *Reformer Pilates certification or training program*
• Has previous reformer teaching experience or a strong movement/fitness background
• Is confident teaching group reformer classes and providing modifications when needed
• Has a strong understanding of alignment, form and safe movement
• Brings positive, welcoming and professional energy into every class
• Is reliable, punctual and comfortable committing to a consistent weekly schedule
• Is comfortable working with clients of different experience levels and abilities
• Is willing to help with occasional class coverage when available
• Communicates well with both clients and the S?ma team
• Is interested in growing with a busy, multi-location studio

The Role

As a S?ma instructor, you?ll be responsible for:

• Leading engaging and well-structured group Reformer Pilates classes
• Providing clear cueing, demonstrations and appropriate modifications
• Creating a welcoming experience for both new and returning clients
• Ensuring clients move safely and confidently throughout class
• Preparing and resetting the studio before and after your classes
• Following S?ma's programming, operational and client-experience standards
• Staying up to date with team communication, scheduling and studio procedures
• Contributing to the supportive, community-driven environment we?ve built at S?ma
