Applications Technical Leader M/F

For our Software department, we are looking for an Applications Technical Leader in CDI to join our company at our site in Alixan (26).

The Applications Tech Lead drives technical choices and application evolution, while guaranteeing their quality, security, and maintainability. He/She supports the development team, works in close collaboration with Product Owners, and ensures the successful completion of projects in an Agile environment. Responsible for the applications development team, he/she also contributes to the continuous improvement of solutions and customer satisfaction.

MISSIONS

• Guarantee the quality, performance, and evolution of software solutions.
• Support development teams in the continuous improvement of practices and methods.
• Validate technical choices, drive architectural evolutions, and reduce technical debt.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Manage the development team, monitor skills, and optimize delivery processes.
• Drive application modernization, technological migrations, and the integration of new solutions.
• Ensure technological watch, cybersecurity, and application compliance.
• Participate in client exchanges and guarantee solution documentation.

Graduate with a BAC+5 in computer science, systems management, or an equivalent field.

More than 5 years of experience in an equivalent position.

The skills required for the position are:

• Advanced mastery of technologies: C#, .NET, JavaScript, databases (e.g., PostGreSQL, Oracle, or MariaDB).
• Experience in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud deployment (AWS).
• Knowledge of tools and methodologies related to cybersecurity: Risk analysis, DevSecOps, CI/CD.
• Experience in designing scalable and secure software architectures.
• Mastery of IT/OT architectures for industrial environments, networks, virtualization, cybersecurity (IEC 62443, ISO27001).
• Knowledge in artificial intelligence (vision, OCR) and robotics (control algorithms).
• Professional English required.
• Curious about new technologies and attentive to sector evolutions.
• Committed to standardization, continuous improvement, and process optimization.
• Excellent communicator, capable of collaborating effectively with teams and clients.
• Strong leadership and ability to drive complex technical projects.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Position based in Alixan, 20 min from Valence (26), near the Valence Rhône Alpes TGV station.

Occasional travel in France and internationally. Potential on-call duties on weekends (approximately 4 / year).

Remuneration based on experience.

CDI position, day rate (forfait jours), 14 RTT days, metallurgy collective agreement. A stone's throw from the TGV station. Recent building with High Environmental Quality. Teleworking possible.
