Recruiter Specialist / With IT or Legal and US Experience

At Solvo Global, we are looking for a Senior Recruiter with full-cycle recruitment experience for the US market in the IT or Legal sectors. You will be responsible for prospecting candidates, conducting daily interviews in English, and preparing detailed evaluations to present the best talent to hiring managers in a results-oriented environment.

Modality: On-site Language: Advanced English C1 Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm CT

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the full selection cycle and participate in kickoff meetings.
• Prospect passive candidates on LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between applicants and selection managers.
• Record metrics, notes, and activities in the ATS and keep area leaders informed.
• Build and update talent pipelines for active and future searches.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years or more of experience in recruitment for the US in the IT or Legal sectors (5+ years preferred).
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and passive candidate sourcing (Hunting).
• Proficiency in ATS systems, LinkedIn Sourcing tools, and Google Workspace.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate technical/professional competencies beyond the CV.
