Bilingual Hybrid Talent Sourcer + Commissions

We are looking for a Pipeline Builder to join our team! If you have experience in recruitment and are passionate about connecting talent with new opportunities, this position could be for you.

What will you do?

• Identify and build candidate pipelines for active and future vacancies.
• Perform searches and initial candidate contact through LinkedIn and different recruitment platforms.
• Follow up with candidates to validate interest and availability.
• Keep candidate information updated in the ATS.
• Support the recruitment team in sourcing and pre-filtering processes for profiles.
• Manage and document recruitment activity in an organized and timely manner.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to prioritize hiring needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent attraction.
• Advanced English (B2 or higher).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience performing candidate searches and contact.
• Organization and the ability to handle multiple processes simultaneously.
• Interest in continuing to develop a career in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
