Bilingual Sourcing Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sourcing Specialist to join our talent acquisition team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, evaluating and interviewing professionals in the healthcare and caregiving sector, as well as converting inbound inquiries into interviews to fill our vacancies and grow our associate network.

Modality: On-site Language: Advanced English C1 Countries: Cities based in Colombia Rotating schedule: Monday to Sunday, 2 rotating days off Range from 7am to 7pm (hours within the range) Hours to work: ONLY 40h per week

Job Objective

Attract and hire caregivers through outbound calls, web portals, and converting inbound inquiries into interviews.

Main Responsibilities

• Recruitment and evaluation: Perform outbound prospecting calls, interviews, and testing for care applicants.
• Prospect conversion: Handle inbound employment calls and convert them into in-person appointments/interviews.
• Events and registration: Participate in job fairs and keep associates' labor documentation up to date.

Requirements

• Experience: 1+ year in recruitment and sourcing (plus: healthcare or caregiving sector)
• Desirable experience: Recruitment, telemarketing, inside sales, or healthcare sector (caregiving, CNA/PCA).
• Tools and knowledge: Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) and common medical terminology.
• Competencies: Telephone proficiency, inside sales, goal orientation, and independent work.
