Research Specialist (Healthcare)

We are looking for a Research Specialist to join an international team focused on research within the healthcare sector.
The position combines executive research, outreach, and relationship management, working directly with leaders of hospitals, clinics, and health organizations to obtain strategic insights regarding technologies and services in the sector.
Responsibilities
- Identify and contact healthcare executives and key figures.
- Perform outreach through calls, emails, and contact follow-ups.
- Conduct interviews with directors, executives, and industry experts.
- Collaborate with Research teams to close information gaps and meet project objectives.
- Build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- More than 4 years of experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.
- Experience in research, outreach, account management, or similar roles.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Advanced English (C1 or higher).
- Advanced/professional French.
- Advanced/professional German.
It will be a plus
- Experience in healthcare, healthtech, hospitals, clinics, or payer organizations.
- Experience conducting interviews or qualitative research.
- Knowledge of processes, metrics, and project management.
