We are looking for bilingual Sales Development Representatives passionate about sales and commercial growth. You will be responsible for converting leads into customers through proactive contact, consultative sales, follow-up, and closing opportunities. This role is key to driving company revenue, ensuring that no qualified prospect is lost due to lack of follow-up or incomplete information.

Main responsibilities: Revenue generation: contacting prospects via telephone, email, and other channels; presenting services and closing sales. Lead management: constant follow-up, reactivating prospects, and preventing the abandonment of opportunities. Sales closing: guiding customers through the entire enrollment and purchase process, verifying information and payments. CRM management: documenting interactions, updating lead statuses, and maintaining complete records. Team collaboration: participating in training, sharing insights, and complying with established sales processes. Profile we are looking for: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (any type: retail, telesales, inside sales, etc.). Advanced English (B2+/C1) for fluid communication with international clients. Persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work in a goal-oriented and results-driven environment. Attention to detail and management of multiple leads simultaneously.
