On-Site Barranquilla, Bucaramanga, Medellín, Bogotá, Armenia, Cali, or Ibagué, Colombia Full-Time Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM EST

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Tax Assistant to support our Payroll Tax team with administrative and tax-processing activities. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations within the Payroll Tax department.
• Assist with payroll tax processing and quarter-end activities.
• Sort, organize, and distribute incoming mail and documents.
• Manage and resolve assigned tasks through the case management system.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
• Provide administrative support and assist with special projects as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1year of experience in payroll, tax, accounting, administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency: B2+ or higher (Required).
