Operation Manager BPO - Bilingual

Solvo is looking for a

Operation Manager · Do you have experience in BPO, client management, and account growth?

We are looking for a strategic profile capable of:

• Leading the operational stability of emerging accounts.
• Maintaining solid relationships with clients and converting them into long-term partnerships.
• Identifying upselling opportunities and team growth.
• Managing key indicators of retention, satisfaction, and productivity.
• Working hand in hand with Recruitment, HR, IT, and other areas to guarantee results.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in BPO.
• 2-3 years in operational leadership positions.
• Experience managing clients or accounts.
• Advanced English (C1).
• Intermediate/advanced Excel and Power BI.
• Excellent communication and business vision.
• Plus: Experience in Six Sigma, Customer Success, and crisis account recovery.
