Lead Qualification Specialist
Remote | Colombia Monday to Friday | 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST Advanced C1 English (mandatory)
Responsibilities
- Manage and qualify incoming leads.
- Contact customers to understand their needs.
- Identify and connect customers with the appropriate providers.
- Maintain updated information in the CRM.
- Perform follow-ups and ensure an excellent experience for customers and providers.
- Research and validate commercial information.
Essential Requirements
- Advanced C1 English (fluent and neutral).
- 1 to 2 years of experience in one of the following areas:
- Lead Qualification
- Sales Support
- lead generation
- cold calling
- Experience using CRM.
- Experience managing high volumes of work.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience performing research and validation of business information.
- Availability to work in a dynamic and metrics-oriented environment.
