Requirements

Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for potential clients, conducting initial interviews, assessing legal needs, and qualifying prospects.
- Build trust-based relationships with prospects and effectively communicate the firm's value proposition to convert inquiries into active clients.
- Provide constant follow-up to potential clients, manage objections, and guide them throughout the entire retention process.
- Coordinate consultations with attorneys, manage service agreements, payments, and new client onboarding documentation.
- Keep information updated in the CRM, collaborate with attorneys and administrative staff, and meet intake, conversion, and client acquisition goals.
