Schedule: Monday to Friday | Availability between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. | Weekends off!
Salary: $2.950.000 COP monthly + $249.095 COP transportation allowance + Benefits for being part of Solvo!
Contract: Indefinite term from the first day of entry!
What will you do?
- Extract, analyze, and migrate information from different client platforms.
- Guarantee the accuracy and quality of data during migration processes.
- Support the transition of information in onboarding processes for new clients.
- Manage and escalate issues following established procedures.
- Create and configure clients from migration tickets.
- Facilitate connection and transition between teams to ensure a smooth experience.
- Perform reviews and validations to guarantee compliance with quality standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes.
What we are looking for
- B2 English level.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ease of working with systems, platforms, and technological tools.
