• Guarantee high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

What we are looking for

• Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service (preferably in a Call Center).
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and customers with a high emotional load.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and effective communication skills.
• Advanced level of English
• Positive attitude, service orientation, and a desire to grow professionally.
