Responsibilities

• Prepare and record monthly closing accounting entries with the corresponding supporting documentation.
• Prepare financial reports and analyses related to revenue and accounting operations.
• Perform account reconciliations, including banks, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in financial records and transactions.
• Support automation and process improvement initiatives within the finance area.
• Maintain organized and updated documentation in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Address internal inquiries and collaborate with different areas to ensure the accuracy of financial information.
• Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to the continuous optimization of financial processes and controls.

Requirements

• Professional in Public Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Previous experience in financial accounting, reconciliations, and accounting closing processes.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial report preparation.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial regulations.
