About the Company:

We are looking for a proactive, energetic Bilingual Inside Sales professional with an excellent telephone presence to support the sales team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to qualify leads and transfer them in real time to agents, as well as handling inbound inquiries, providing basic customer support, and collaborating on light administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Outbound sales calls: Contact prospects, validate interest, and transfer them to agents.
  • Inbound support: Handle calls from customers coming from ads, social media, or the web.
  • Lead documentation: Collect basic information and document customer needs.
  • Customer follow-up: Provide simple updates and follow-up with a case number.
  • Support appointment reminders during the benefit renewal season.
  • Administrative support: Perform light data entry tasks when call volume is low.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in BPO sales, Lead Qualification, or CSR (inbound/outbound).
  • Advanced English (B2+/C1) indispensable for fluent communication.
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and confidence when speaking on the phone.
  • Ability to follow processes, learn quickly, and work independently.
  • Motivated, energetic, and professional attitude.
