Bilingual Intake Specialist (Remote)

Your tasks

• Do you have experience in Customer Service within BPO, a C1 English level, and are you looking for an opportunity to work 100% from home?
• We are looking for a Bilingual Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for potential clients, provide a professional and empathetic experience, collect key information, and guide them through the initial stages of their process.
• Location: Colombia Modality: 100% REMOTE Schedule: Monday to Friday - You must have full availability to work in any of the following EST schedules, depending on business needs: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM EST, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM EST
• What will you do?
• - Attend to potential clients primarily by phone and email.
• - Conduct intake interviews to identify their needs. Collect necessary information and documentation.
• - Provide clear information regarding processes and next steps. Coordinate consultations with lawyers.
• - Correctly record every interaction in the system.
• - Follow up with potential clients.
• Main requirements:
• - Mandatory advanced English C1 - Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service (CSR) within BPO - Excellent verbal and written communication - Customer service skills, empathy, and active listening - Excellent organization and attention to detail.
