Job Description
We are looking for a Bilingual Client Implementation Specialist to lead and accompany the implementation process for new PEO clients, ensuring a successful transition to our services.
This person will be the main point of contact during the implementation stage, providing client support, configuring solutions, resolving inquiries, and coordinating with different internal teams to guarantee an efficient and satisfactory experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead complete implementation processes for new clients.
- Understand client needs and support the configuration of solutions.
- Serve as the main point of contact during the implementation stage.
- Train clients on the proper use of systems and processes.
- Resolve operational or process-related issues.
- Coordinate activities with sales, payroll, client relations, and other internal teams.
- Prepare documentation, reports, and process updates.
- Identify improvement opportunities in implementation processes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in client implementation, onboarding, customer success, HR operations, or related areas.
- Advanced English C1 (mandatory).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems and manage multiple priorities.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Experience working with international clients or teams.
- Proficiency with technological tools and administrative systems.
