Job Description

We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide an exceptional experience to our patients. We are looking for people with excellent communication skills, a service orientation, and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments with high telephone interaction.

During the first month, the selected person will receive training in internal processes, including patient and medical insurance eligibility validation, to then assume full functions of telephone service and appointment management.

Main Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and cordial manner.
  • Respond to patient inquiries with accuracy, empathy, and speed.
  • Schedule, modify, and confirm appointments.
  • Provide information regarding services, costs, procedures, and current promotions.
  • Record and update patient information in the CRM and internal systems.
  • Verify medical insurance eligibility and coverage.
  • Manage the registration of new patients.

Requirements

Mandatory

  • Advanced/bilingual English (oral and written).
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service.
  • Excellent telephone communication.
  • Intermediate handling of computer tools.
  • Excellent speed and accuracy in data entry.
  • Availability to work 100% on site.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of medical terminology or administrative processes in the healthcare sector.
  • Experience using CRM, EMR, or EHR.
